_______	Administration Committee: Chaired by Past-President, with one member appointed as Treasurer and other members handling membership, procedural rule changes and nominations.
_______	Community Awareness Committee: Chair, elected by general membership, oversees publicity initiatives, maintenance of speakers' roster, production of the newsletter, and maintenance of the SCADRA website.
_______	Dispute Resolution Initiatives Committee: Chair, elected by general membership, oversees the development of rosters of insured and qualified members to serve the needs of the justice system, the initiation of group entrepreneurial ventures, in addition to ensuring that SCADRA keeps pace with qualified personnel in the field of dispute resolution.
_______	Education Committee: Chair, elected by general membership, oversees the development of programs: to enhance the dispute resolution and marketing skills of SCADRA members, to provide networking opportunities, and to enhance the general level of knowledge of SCADRA members.
